RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Exchanges and returns will be accepted if received within 30 days from the delivery date. Refunds on returns will only be applied to the original form of payment with the original shipping and handling fee deducted from the credit total. If you received the item as a gift the item can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Please fill out our Returns and Exchange Form Here. Please include your form with any items your wish to exchange or return.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • *All items returned or exchanged MUST be unwashed, unworn and in the same condition as when they were received. Please Fill our return form, repack the item(s) including original tags, and ship them back to the address below, at your own expense.
  • If we have made a shipping error or if an item is defective (please take a photo and send to us) please contact us at support@eleandphant.com. We will email you a prepaid shipping label and will cover all costs to replace your items.Once we receive the return, we will send you the correct item.
  • **Please be sure to send items via a traceable method of shipping. We are not responsible for lost items shipped back to us.
  • If you choose a prepaid return label $8.00 will be deducted from your refund. Please allow up to 3 weeks to process your return or exchange.
  • **If you decide to use the prepaid label, affix the pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any United States Postal Service location or include it in your outgoing mail. Please note that the cost of return shipping ($7.00) will be deducted from your refund.
